How to Order?

1. Fill-up your order form and send us a message. 
2. You may proceed with the 50% down payment or full payment once you've received an invoice. An invoice will be sent within 24 hours of submitting the order form.
3. Once we received your payment, we will start on working your order.
4. We will contact you once your order is ready for shipping. No Rushing of Orders!
5. An invoice will be sent again for the remaining 50% (this does not apply if you did a full payment).  
6. You have 1 week to settle your remaining balance or your order will be CANCELLED. Contact us immediately if you cannot manage to settle your payment before the cut-off date, and we may consider your request.
7. Once you've settled your payment, we will ship your order the next day or the same day depending on your choice of Mode of Delivery.
8. Don't forget to tag our account @knittleknots via IG with your adopted plushie after you received your order. ♡
